He is best known for his roles such as Bob Slidell in Office Space, Sergeant Red O’Neill in Oliver Stone’s Platoon, FBI Agent Ben Harp in Point Break, Perry Cox in Scrubs, Captain Hendricks in The Rock ,” Marv in Stone Wall Street , and serial killer Edgler Foreman Wes in the television miniseries Intensity , based on the novel by Dean Koontz.
John has written and produced television and motion pictures. In addition to acting, he is an author, board member, and international spokesperson for the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. John serves as a spokesperson for the National Down Syndrome Society.
